Vampire Shy 4 Step Card

Hello Friends! We have a week left till Halloween. Today I am sharing another card I made using a Sasayaki Glitter Image that I was able to color from the October 15th New Release. This Cutie is called "Vampire Shy." The original image includes Shy and his House of Horrors and Bats, the background with the moon, trees, clouds and dead grass was all hand drawn by me. The outside of the card is about as simple as I could get, as I was most interested in highlighting this ADORABLE image.

I did accent the outside with some random Halloween I had left over from what I believe was a DCWV autumn paper stack. and then used some foam tape to cut out a bat with my Cricut.  I colored this image using Prismacolors and Low Odour Thinner taking advantage of my favorite Halloween color combo. Green, Purple, Orange, and Black.
Along with a simple front, comes a very fun inside. I am all about fancy fold cards and this one is one of my all time favorite folds.
I got the inspiration from this post in  Norma's Blog which is one of my FAVORITE blogs to follow. I used her template, changed the measurements to make it a 5.5 in card and set up the template in Illustrator to make an SVG that my Cricut to cut out for me so there were no errors. It seems like it turned out great!

Here are a list of challenges that I entered this card into.

And here is the original image I colored for Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps

Sasayaki Glitter Christmas Shaker Card

Hi Friends! Today I am sharing a card using an image I had the privilege of coloring for the Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps Nov. 1st New Release.  I couldn't wait to color this image us as I had inspiration for what kind of card I would make before I had even printed the image to color. I love those AH HA moments.
This was my second attempt at a shaker card. I am still trying to get the technique down without getting sequins and glitter stuck on the foam that raises the shaker layers. But, I thought this turned out really well for a second attempt. Here is a close up of my colored image. I colored the image with my Prismacolors using the pencils themselves as the blending agent on Canson Mi Teintes white paper. The Merry Christmas Sentiment came from a friend of mine from a Kit and Clowder Facebook Card Swap. Let me Tell you, I am so thankful for Alyce and Kit and Clowder. I look forward to all the coloring classes and group support you get from being apart of her group!

Julia Spiri Scalloped Circle Easel Card

Hi All! Today I am sharing a project I made using this "Mask Girl" stamp from Julia Spiri's Digital Stamp Shop. I used to not be into the color purple, but over the last few years, it has really grown on me, and I thought purple would be just fantastic on this image.
I colored this girl with my Spectrum Noir alcohol pens then I accented it with stickles glitter.  The card base is from another project I'm working on and will hopefully share with you all in the near future.  The lace and ribbons and green stick-on gems are all random finds from our local Walmart. and I accented with some Mulberry roses from Hobby Lobby as well as a couple handmade roses from your's truely.  Here's a little closer shot of the card and image.
I am entering my image in the following challenges: Julia Spiri Challenge Blog #25 Anything Goes with a Twist of Tic Tac Toe Addicted to Stamps Challenge Blog #134 Lots of Layers + a Stamp Crafting when we can #130 - No Square Cards

My First Card Template! SVG FREEBIE!

Hi Friends!  Today I am so excited to FINALLY share my Circle Scalloped Easel Card Template with you all.
Over the last couple of weeks I have been sharing different projects that I have made with this template. One of the reasons I have made several projects with this template is because I wanted to test and fine tune the cutting file, the other reason was to show how much potential this SVG has.  The pictures above show exactly all the cut elements, and the picture below shows the card after it has been embellished with flowers, ribbons, lace, and colored stamped images. There is just SO MUCH potential for this card and I hope you enjoy the free file.  So without further ADO, here is the instructions on how to receive the free SVG file.  All I am asking is that you follow my blog along with at least ONE of my social media links. You can choose from my FACEBOOK, my INSTAGRAM, my PINTEREST, or my ETSY SHOP.  Once you have followed my blog and at least ONE other of my sites, go HERE a…
